In this cocreation project, we brought together teenagers from Quebec and Brazil for an immersive digital technology creation experience. 125 teenagers in Montreal and groups of youths from Brazilian communities, including an Indigenous Guarani community in Rio de Janeiro, came together to create self-narratives about their territories using 360-video and immersive technologies.
At the heart of our project lies a dedication to addressing pressing issues of diversity, inclusion, and social justice. By involving students from different regions, we not only emphasize the importance of diversity but also support underrepresented groups in academic settings.
